Under general direction, assists the Child & Adolescent Health Center (CAHC) Program Director in staffing and supervision of daily operations of the CAHC/SWP programs. May assume responsibility of CAHC Program Director in his/her absence when required/requested. Provides assistance with medical, mental health, prevention, and health education and front office areas as needed. Communicates effectively using verbal, non-verbal and written skills.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s preferred in social work, public health, health services, human service area, or business with human service experience
Experience: Minimum of four years experience in health care, social work, human service, or other relevant area. 2 years of supervisory experience required.
Licensure: As needed per discipline.
Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, knowledge of community service agencies and community organizing principles, excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with physicians, professional and technical staff members, patients and other personnel. public speaking and interpersonal skills, knowledge of adolescent development and the field of adolescent health, knowledge of leadership principles, personnel management skills, computer skills.
